New address requirements for flat-sized mail pieces go into effect on March 29,2009. Planning for these changes now will prevent expensive fixes later. Periodicals, Standard Mail, Bound Printed Matter, Media Mail, and Library Mail flat-sized pieces will be affected. These changes include the location- where on the Mail Piece an address can be placed, and format- what type of font, sizes, and spaceing requirements are needed.
